1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LexiJump ("the App"), developed and operated by WonderYears LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. If you are a parent or guardian, you are accepting these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child.

2. Description of Service

LexiJump is an educational application designed for children to learn vocabulary through interactive video content and quizzes. The App provides age-appropriate word learning experiences for children aged 4 to 9.

3. Use of the App

The App is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended educational purpose
• Supervise your child's use of the App as appropriate
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose

4. Subscriptions and Payments

LexiJump may offer optional premium content through auto-renewable subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Renewal cost: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription price displayed at the time of purchase
• Management: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Free trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.

5. Content

All content in the App, including but not limited to videos, images, icons, text, and audio, is owned by WonderYears LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App.

6. Availability

We strive to keep the App available and functional at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App or its content. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Educational content may be updated, added, or removed at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific educational requirements or expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WonderYears LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
