What ages is LexiJump designed for?

LexiJump is designed for children aged 4 to 9. Content is tailored to your child's age group, which you select when setting up the app.

How do I change my child's age setting?

Open the Parent Settings (tap the menu icon, then hold the button for 3 seconds to pass the parental gate). From there, tap "Change Age" to select a new age group.

Is my child's data safe?

Yes. LexiJump does not collect any personal data. All learning progress is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel: open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select LexiJump, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open the app, go to the subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Videos aren't loading. What should I do?

Make sure your device is connected to the internet. LexiJump downloads videos on first use and caches them for offline playback. If videos still won't load, try pulling down on the home screen to refresh content, or check your internet connection.

How do I reset my child's progress?

Open Parent Settings (menu icon, hold 3 seconds), then tap "Reset Progress." This will clear all viewed words and quiz results so your child can start fresh.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Once content has been downloaded, your child can watch previously loaded videos without an internet connection. New content requires an internet connection to download.
