1. Overview

LexiJump ("the App") is a vocabulary learning application for children, operated by WonderYears LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and comply with applicable child privacy standards.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

LexiJump does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• We do not collect names, email addresses, or any contact information
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect device identifiers for tracking purposes
• We do not collect photos, videos, or audio from users
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies
• We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs

3. Data Stored on Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Age selection: The age group chosen by the parent to show age-appropriate content
• Learning progress: Which words have been viewed, quiz results, and video completion status
• Cached content: Word data and videos are cached locally for offline playback

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us or any third party. You can delete all locally stored data at any time by deleting the App or using the "Reset Progress" feature in the Parent Settings.

4. Content Delivery

The App downloads educational content (word definitions, icons, and videos) from our servers. These requests are standard HTTPS content downloads. We do not log or store any identifying information from these requests.

5. Children's Privacy

LexiJump is designed for use by children aged 4 to 9, under parental supervision. We take children's privacy seriously:

• The App does not collect any personal data from children
• The App does not contain advertisements
• The App does not contain links to external websites (except legal pages accessible from the Parent Settings area, which is protected by a parental gate)
• The App does not enable children to share data or communicate with others
• Access to the Parent Settings area requires a parental gate (tap the lock icon, then hold the button for 3 seconds)

6. In-App Purchases

LexiJump may offer optional subscription purchases. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive, process, or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data. For details, see Apple's Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

LexiJump does not integrate any third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or tracking. The only third-party service involved is Apple's StoreKit framework for processing in-app purchases, which is governed by Apple's own privacy practices.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Since we do not collect any data, there is no data to retain. All data stored locally on your device can be deleted by:

• Using the "Reset Progress" feature in the Parent Settings
• Deleting the App from your device

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
